Problem

A large mobile carrier was experiencing an increase in failed new site build on-air activations. Most of this was attributed to faulty equipment or improper installation or cabling.

Solution

NeoCom developed a pre-integration process that certified the site was ready for activation. This process validated that all newly installed equipment was functional and properly cabled, leading to successful on-air activation for the carrier.
